Return Policy

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return any purchase in exchange for store credit. The item must be in original condition, packaging, undamaged and not used, provided you do so within 10 days. Refund of postage costs will be at our discretion.

For warranty claims you will need to email us with all of your purchase details and we will inform you of any other information we require.

We will happily exchange any item purchased here at Briskites. If the item was faulty we can also happily offer you a refund or exchenge.

• We make no charge for returns – there is no restocking fee
• Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging
• All returns must have a completed returns form enclosed in the item
• We will credit the card we have on file as soon as the item is returned to us - the refund however may take a few working days to appear on your statement due to the difference in bank transfer procedures.
• If original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.

If you are returning the item for any other reason other than it was faulty or not as described you will be required to cover the costs of postage.

Returns will not be accepted for the following-

1. Any special order items we have specifically ordered for you
2. Deposits for used equipment
3. Lessons you have failed to attend
4. Out of date vouchers

 Please note- Some items will be available in limited colours and images on our site will not always reflect this. If there isn't an option for colour choice when ordering just note it when ordering and we will confirm before processing your order.
